The staff at the Hemet office have consistently come across as cold and unprofessional. It is difficult to understand why individuals would choose to work in a field where compassion and empathy are so important if they are unable to provide it. Patients and their families are often dealing with a cancer diagnosis, which can be an incredibly emotional and stressful experience, yet we felt very little understanding or support from the staff. If there is such a thing as an enjoyable dr visit, these people are at the top of my list. Everyone was super friendly, professional and thorough. Walking into a clearly Christian oriented office was definitely an uplift to my day
I have been being treated by this office for 4 years. EVERYONE! Has gone above and beyond making sure ALL OF MEDICAL NEEDS HAVE BEEN TAKIN CARE OF!! I consider myself a very fortunate patient !
