I waited several weeks for my appointment with Dr Moraes. My appointment was at 9:40. I was called at 8am in the morning to get a blood test before my appointment which I did. However, after arriving at Dr Moraes office I was "refused" to see the doctor by a very unprofessional and condescending Medical Assistant because my results were not there yet. Why wasn't I told to get these tests when I made the appointment, when my appointment was confirmed or at e checkin? Why couldn't the lab be called while I was there? All I kep... read more
