I had a very negative experience with Angie, one of the medical assistants at the Hematology/Oncology office. She is extremely unprofessional and often talks more about herself than focusing on patients. She also creates a uncomfortable environment for both patients and staff, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. IF i could give this place 0 rating I would. Made an appointment. Got 0 follow up. I called the day of to confirm my own appointment. Got to said appointment, Building is old and dated but no judgement. Checked in filled out paperwork. Not one person had the professionalism to let me know they was running an hour+ late. When I asked when is my appointment i was told I don't know. I would avoid this group of DR's at all cost. They don't care about anyone's time but their own. I didn't even get an apology for my wasted time.
This is one of the best hematologist I have gone to here in Woodbridge VA.
