IF i could give this place 0 rating I would. Made an appointment. Got 0 follow up. I called the day of to confirm my own appointment. Got to said appointment, Building is old and dated but no judgement. Checked in filled out paperwork. Not one person had the professionalism to let me know they was running an hour+ late. When I asked when is my appointment i was told I don't know. I would avoid this group of DR's at all cost. They don't care about anyone's time but their own. I didn't even get an apology for my wasted time.
This is one of the best hematologist I have gone to here in Woodbridge VA.
The worse office ever, had my initial visit was in June, every appointment I had were reschedule numerous time, never had a follow up. Then I went today appointment was as 130 didn't get seen until 330. Only to be told that my paper work was never file and I had to do my paper work all over again. The front desk staff and nurses are more focusing on laughing and playing around the entire time and that's why they make their patient's wait so long or forget to their jobs. My attending Physician was Dr. Catherine Wood, she along with every one in the Transfusion Room, Front Office, and Administrative Office, we’re all polite, professional, assuring and informative. I could not ask for anything more.
