I was referred here from my OBGYN due to having severely low hemoglobin levels during a HIGH RISK pregnancy. The initial appointment was pleasant with the doctor and NP. However, the administrative staff isn’t up to par with the standard of customer service. They put the needs of themselves over the health of the patients and it shows. This is the most unprofessional Doctor office I have ever been too !! They don’t follow up with nothing all the doctor care about is her reviews . Never in my life have I ever felt more unseen by a doctor ! Yelling and screaming over the phone when you ask her a question . If your a Black women , Don’t go to her ! Get a second opinion!! She had me go to appointments and never had clearance but was told by her and her office that I was cleared to go . Very poor service. I had an appointment today and i tried calling 15 times to let them know i had a last minute transportation cancelation and they didnt pick up. They charge cancelation fees and I am NOT PAYING FOR IT. This is unaceptable due to me being pregnant and needing the services.
