My daughter went to these doctors with stage 4 metastatic inflammatory breast cancer. They did not work together as a multidisciplinary team, and I was wondering why they didn’t talk to the Breast Oncologist that I sent my daughter to At Vcu. It was important. I thought that they share notes about my daughter’s care. Subsequently my daughter moved north to get help with Dana Farber there they found the right chemotherapy for her however, she caught pneumonia and later passed away a few months after leaving Virginia. This place is the terrible when trying to make an appointment for treatment. They don't return calls or respond to emails.
From the moment I walked into the building I started feeling a good vibe. The ladies at the front desk set the tone for each visit. Tamika and Chloe posess the 2 "P's" (POLITENESS and PROFESSIONISM) that are critical to their jobs. The ladies in the lodge are beyond reproach. Again the 2 "P's" are evident in all aspects of their jobs. Kierra, Amrita, Brittany, and Katelyn all were superb. Everybody treats my dad super well and they are doing a good job treating his cancer and managing any symptoms. He loves that all the nurses remember him
Absolutely Horrific! From the front desk, to the NP's, no one has a clue. Spent nearly an hour waiting for an NP to arrive and join my telehealth appt for bldwk results. It was an 8am appt, first appt of the day. I'm absolutely furious, to keep a newer patient just sitting in thetelehealth waiting room, just incompetent staff. Please, please, please, your health is important. Consider going up North to INOVA, or down sSouth to Richmond/VCU. Do not waste your time with this practice.
