I have been seeing Dr Bonnie Moore and Tiffany and all her nurses and have been treated wonderful. Always feel cared for and helps me with any medical conditions or problems I experience. I feel like everyone is family to me. They help me with all or any problems I feel that zi am having. Thanks to everyone for all their help and love.
Terrible customer service. Changed appointment time and didn’t tell us. Then want to blame us.
I’ve been receiving infusions for 2 years at HOAF . I have received the finest , kindest care one could ever imagine . The young nurses that administer my care are the best in the business . They keep the energy very positive .
To be honest, I'm basing this off of one visit and mostly over one physician. Dr. Whitehurst, made my first visit actually comfortable. He is warm and kind. He smiles genuinely and made me feel at home, so to speak. I am glad to be under his care. Every nurse and receptionist was very kind and friendly. The office is nice and well cared for. I felt that i could trust my care to them.
As a first time patient I had the most wonderful experience one could have in a setting like this. EVERYONE was so kind from the receptionist to the nurses and Dr. They answered questions, explained things in detail to make them make more sense, made me feel validated and hopeful to find answers and fix what’s wrong. Compassionate, empathetic and caring. First Drs office I’ve been to that made me feel like a person and not just a thing to get through.
