I would give this place zero stars if possible. The nurses in the infusion room are beyond horrid. They were non personable, rude, and lacked compassion. Forget questioning them or expecting any help unless you want snarky or passive aggressive responses and eyes rolled you. And that’s just the tip of the ice berg. Michelle, Kelsey, and Valerie were especially terrible. Awful experience to endure when one is already facing the challenges of cancer. They don't care about your life. Do not expect kindness here.
Some of the greatest staff ever. Their care and compassion is real and abundant.
These people are wonderful, caring and supportive.
