First visit I was in the office for 5 hours for a 10 min talk with the doctor. Last visit, I waited an additional hour because reception forgot to process me. Calling on the phone is a 20+ min wait.

The staff there is awesome! Very gentle and efficient when it comes to needles, and they make you as comfortable as possible. The administrative staff is awesome as well.

Waiting time for second floor hematology is really really bad. 2 hours of waiting time for me. Waste of time.
