Dr. Javeed is a kind and caring doctor! I got diagnosed with breast cancer stage two. I was scared and not sure what to do. He advised me to go with chemo first, surgery, and radiation. He also advised me to have a second opinion with Dr Park at UCSF. After the chemo, my large tumor was significantly decreased (almost in remission). I just got my final radiation done today. I am grateful to have Dr. Javeed as my oncologist. Thank you, Dr. Javeed!
Tried for almost a month to set up a new appointment. Don’t waste your time here unless you want to be disappointed. Looking for another doctor and staff that are willing to help me.
I actually agree with both of the most recent reviews. Dr. Javeed and his nursing staff are remarkable. Lovely people, very attentive, caring, concerned, and constantly watching the patients undergoing infusions. The room is open and it was never a problem to get the attention of a nurse for whatever one might need- a blanket, etc. Dr. Javeed makes it a point to check in with every patient during their infusion time. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Really nice caring staff and I just love Dr. Kim and appreciate his honesty with me. I came in with stage 3-C ovarian cancer and in September I will have 2years in remission
I've been a patient of Hematology and Oncology Associates since 2021. Dr. Kim provided excellent care, but the office team constantly failed to schedule follow-up appointments and blood work at the Dr.'s request and they constantly failed to return calls. The only reason I stayed was Dr. Kim. When I logged into my account this morning to schedule my appointment because they again failed to return my call, I found out Dr. Kim left back in June.
