Save your time and have your primary refer you elsewhere (Sierra Hematology has been wonderful so far). My original referral was in December of 2024, I waited till after the holidays to give them a call since I had not heard back. February comes around and they don't return my voicemail, instead they finally text me via their message system stating they had never received a referral.. Unable to speak to a live person when calling in. Tried multiple times to get an appointment for my mother who was diagnosed with cancer. After finally scheduling an appointment to find the building closed and locked. Turns out they were not accepting new patients in Elk Grove and the appointment was made at their Folsom location. We never received an email confirmation of day time and location. They informed us they are short staffed. Horrible experience and wasted 2+ weeks for nothing.
