The reception staff is not readily visible upon entering the office space and were not welcoming or pleasant. I visited the practice at a satellite location and it appeared as if Dr Bohrer didn’t have access to my complete medical records. She had a list of my meds and that was it. Again because it is a satellite location, you can’t make a follow-up appointment. You have to wait til the main office calls to schedule.
