Great experience everything I come. All of the staff are professional and swift. The doctor is great as well. I recently got a new one. The one I had was amazing but he's no longer there. The new one seem like he was having a rough day, it was the end of the day so that could be the reason but he did a great job. They don't answer the telephone, they are rude. They don't do reminders for appointments or are they consistent with communication. Basically doctors give patients the run around
Having cancer really stinks, to put it bluntly! Having an oncology team who really cares and makes you feel safe and seen really rocks! From the receptionists to the lab techs, to the nurses and the doctors, this is the place you want to be if ever you have to hear that dreaded "C" word.
I've had the best care at HOAF from my first visit through Chemo, shots, injections etc. Dr. Moore always makes me feel like an old friend. Is interested in me and remains professional and caring. The staff out front is welcoming and kind, greets you by name as you come in, how kind. With bood work I really don't know it's drawn, they are that good.
