They don't answer the telephone, they are rude. They don't do reminders for appointments or are they consistent with communication. Basically doctors give patients the run around
Having cancer really stinks, to put it bluntly! Having an oncology team who really cares and makes you feel safe and seen really rocks! From the receptionists to the lab techs, to the nurses and the doctors, this is the place you want to be if ever you have to hear that dreaded "C" word.
I've had the best care at HOAF from my first visit through Chemo, shots, injections etc. Dr. Moore always makes me feel like an old friend. Is interested in me and remains professional and caring. The staff out front is welcoming and kind, greets you by name as you come in, how kind. With bood work I really don't know it's drawn, they are that good. The staff is friendly and professional. They always make me feel comfortable and valued. I never feel rushed or afraid to ask questions. When my primary care referred me to a hematologist I was extremely nervous. The staff has made my experience a good one and easier to deal with. Thank you!
the office in stafford va was a very friendl everybody went over everything with me and got me thru my cancer i have been cancer free since 2019 i really appreciate everything they did for me
