Would give 0 stars if I could. Dr. Patel was very rude to me when I simply came in to pick up paperwork for my mother. This place is understaffed, and the Doctor himself seems to be burned out and needs to be more professional and not talk about people's symptoms outloud it's unethical! The staff that helped me was knowledgeable and was very helpful. Look, elsewhere for a PCP cause this one is burned out! HORRIBLE! THE STATE NEED TO TAKE HIS LICENSE AWAY FOR MALPRACTICE. SEND MY AUNT HOME AFTER SEEING HER WITH A BLOOD PRESSURE OVER 200 AND SHE ENDED UP HAVING A STROKE. STILL CANNOT REACH THE DOCTOR AFTER BEING RELEASE FROM THE HOSPITAL AND CONDITION IS WORSE.
“Doctors office please hold” every time and you wait then get hung up on. They need to hire another receptionist to help and stop being cheap. If you need information you’re better off going to the office.
Arrived 5 min early to my appointment but had to wait 20 min before a secretary was even at the desk for me to speak to. I ask when I will be seen as it's already 16 min past my appointment time. I'm told that the doctor came late so I'm gonna have a 1 hour wait. Absolutely unacceptable! This was to be my first time seeing this doctor. I will never go back. What a terrible first impression! Worse customer service I called put on hold and the phone hung up then started playing around with the phone afterwards and never sent over my discharge papers at the hospital I’m changing my doctor
