HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Every call is answered with 'doctor's office, hold' followed by a 15-30 min wait time. I have had several days of attempting to solidify a referral for my elderly mother, and no avail. We have left multiple messages for management to follow up, and still nothing. 'Tasia' who seems to be the only receptionist, that term used loosely, seeing that she has no customer service skills and is not helpful in any way, is constantly putting calls on hold and never follows up. I'm new and put on hold for 3 x
Every time I ask them to send my mother's prescription electronically to the pharmacy, they never do. I often end up on hold for a long time; the last time I was on hold for at least 45 minutes. Please do better.
Dr. Raj Patel is amazing. I didnt think I would find another doctor who would genuinely care as my previous doctor did. When my previous passed away I was hesitant about Dr. Patel. I'm so glad I stayed. He knows his business and he cares. I remember when I thought they left the building. I googled the name Raj Patel and I can't tell you how many Raj Patels popped up. Would give 0 stars if I could. Dr. Patel was very rude to me when I simply came in to pick up paperwork for my mother. This place is understaffed, and the Doctor himself seems to be burned out and needs to be more professional and not talk about people's symptoms outloud it's unethical! The staff that helped me was knowledgeable and was very helpful. Look, elsewhere for a PCP cause this one is burned out!
