Horrible experience through customer service dept. Was late to my last payment to pay off my fiancé's engagement ring. I only owed $300 on a $5k ring. I explained incase at a funeral which I was and that I could pay the last payment no problem and why would I intentionally not pay $300 so that I could get charged $1400 in interest?
