It might have been an off day, but Ruben was inattentive, condescending, and rude. I wouldn't want to spend my money here. Kathy was great, but for some reason, Ruben butted in towards the end of the conversation.
Would rate this store lower if I could. Over priced items. Found the same item at a different store at half the price. At no discount or sale. If you choose to shop here, do your research before purchasing.
Couldn’t be happier!! The manager was very polite took the time to show me, allowed me to take my time! Very genuine person! I am so pleased of the way my husband & I was treated! I wanted to do a trade in, I went to the Memorial Mall location & didn’t want to do it for me since according to them I bought the diamond & setting separately but they didn’t tell me that whenever I was buying the ring, they said I could always trade it in, in the future ofc, but at the end didn’t want to do! I went to this place with my boyfriend yesterday (Sunday - 07/20/25) and what was supposed to be an exciting experience turned out to be an embarrassment. This lady - I believe her name is Cathy - (white/caucasian, appears to be in her 50’s and has blonde hair) was disrespectful towards us in many ways. I had an excellent experience working with Cathy. She took the time to answer all my questions, showed me several options, and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. You can tell she really cares about her customers and wants them to walk away happy. Highly recommend asking for Cathy if you’re shopping at Helzberg, she made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
