On February 28th, I visited the store to purchase a present for my mother. Unfortunately, the experience was not pleasant due to an incident that occurred during my visit. While I was in the store, I witnessed a mature employee, with poor grooming, identified as Fahima, directing offensive remarks toward another member of the team. Updated review After initial perceived positive customer experience, I am now deeply filled with regret on the investment I made with Helzberg for our wedding bands and engagement ring. It’s been less than a year and we’ve had to come the store 7 times to resize, replace diamonds falling out and only after two months my wedding band looks like it’s 10 years old and had to be sent to be refurbished.
