If I could give zero stars I would. I never leave reviews but this one is much needed. Frustrated, disappointed, angry, dissatisfied. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Had my wedding band for a year and at 3 different times a diamond has fallen out. Here now for the 4th & 5th diamond to be replaced and was told it would be $120 for 1 diamond even with my lifetime protection plan or I could trade it in but have to spend double or more than my ring originally cost. My Fiancée purchased my engagement ring from here and it’s beautiful!! I love it!! I recently went in and looked at a couple bands for my ring. A lady helped me and while she was helping me she questioned me about when my wedding was and how soon it was going to be.
