This is a joke. My wife bought a nice citizen watch fir me. Only got to wear it 5 times and stopped working. We had to send it off under our extended warranty. After 8 weeks of waiting we got it back exactly the way it was sent off with no explanation of what was repaired..Still broken! They couldn't care less and not very helpful other than just send it back. I feel like this is horrible customer service.
I stopped in planning to buy diamond earrings, though what I really needed was earring repair. The sales staff was so friendly and helpful, and didn’t push me on buying new earrings though they could have.
Ashlyn was so friendly and helpful. Made my experience pleasant and was very efficient. No pressure!
