Asst Manager rude and has an entitlement attitude. After spending thousands of dollars with Moore OK store will not be entering or spending a penny more there. Make the trip to Penn Square. They know the meaning of customer service .
Normally I receive good service from this location, but today the lady who helped me get my ring serviced wasn't very friendly. She didn't even ask for my information to document the service. I had to ask her to do it.

I went on April 30,2026 I had been looking on the website and found the ring I wanted. I went in and showed them they ordered the ring 4/30/2026. It was to be delivered on 5/5/2026. I contacted them on 5/5/2026 they stated the ring did not come in. They sent an email to someone asking where the ring was.
