I dropped off a family heirloom ring for a repair last month. We ran into a little communication issue (somehow had the wrong phone number for me) but Karma took care of everything for me, and made sure that I left with a ring that looks like it did the day my great grandma said “I Do” Karma is the backbone of Helzberg Diamonds in the QCA.
I took a watch in to have a couple links removed from the band. The lady in there acted like it was beneath her to do service on a watch that was not bought there. Go to Riddle's for watches and go to Jewels and Gifts around the corner to have them serviced.
The service is wonderful and selection on rings was very nice the people were very knowledgeable about the diamonds
