The diamond fell out of my wedding ring (which I found) and I was distraught as this specific style of ring has a difficult design and has been in the "shop" more then I would prefer. I came to my local store and I was in tears, angry and frustrated. The manager, Megan, took care of me, spoke to me kindly and did all the right things to get the situation taken care of.
