No never horrible service I was lied to in order to make a sale and customer service is a horrible joke that keeps “dropping the call” so I get with another store to try and get some help they said the DM would call me and still nothing! This message serves to detail the experience I had upgrading my original wedding set at the store at La Cantera. I originally purchased my wedding set in August 2009 from Helzberg Diamonds and when I went back to upgrade (16 Feb 2020) they were unable to find confirmation of my original purchase. This, while frustrating, did not discourage me from completing my purchase as the woman helping me (Darleen) was able to help with discounts in a way that satisfied me. Went in there with a very difficult price point and they actually got below that number with the exact ring I was looking for. Excellent service, highly recommend.
We were helped by Esteban and I just want to say A+. We were shopping for a men's wedding ring and Esteban took his time and showed us everything and the benefits and downfall of the type of metal with regard to our occupation. I was so happy with Esteban and we got the best deal out of 5 jewelry places!!! Thank you Esteban!

Severely disgusted with the lack of professionalism exhibited by one of the male staff members at this location. We came to pick up a free gift that my fiancée received when she bought her wedding dress. While I was out of ear shot, she was asked(by the sales associate) if our baby "was his"and continued to tell my fiancée that she didn't have to marry me if she did t want to. Really? Who is this guy? I requested to speak to the manger and advised her of the same. To late. Anyways never again will I shop there again.
