I’m absolutely thrilled with the service I received! I had lost a diamond out of my right hand ring and they repaired the ring overnight in time for me to have it for my honeymoon travel!
I traveled 4 hours with specific instructions and communications to the sales rep that due to the time involved I need to be able to purchase, pay, and take the ring with me. That was clearly relayed to her numerous times and she acknowledged the distance I was traveling. They had all the sizing information for a number of weeks. Sales lady said come on down, it's here.
