I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service my husband and I received. The women who greeted us were rude and short, then the lady who ended up helping me, was also rude, short and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by not being happy with the first few rings she showed me. bought wedding bands here. had a repair last year and it already broke again, in store wont help me or even look up my account and after nearly 2 hours on hold with the corporate number they cant talk to me without my husband since he bought it. save your time and money. shop local.
I think if you spend thousand of dollars in this store, you should have a better process for the lifetime warranties. it the repairs can be pit into the system, why can the inspections be ut into the system.

Absolutely awful. Got jerked around for 2 months on a piece of jewelry I was having a stone set into, being told conflicting information on what the problem was by various employees, ultimately asked for a refund (twice--the first dealt with returning a setting that would "cost a lot more" to fix because the stone was set crooked, so I chose to set it in something simpler) and to take my stone elsewhere: suddenly the jeweler was 15 minutes from finishing it.
