Great Staff, Poor Policies When I took my earrings to Helzberg for their inspection, the very nice man helping me offered to clean my diamond bracelet and rings. While in the cleaner, my bracelet broke. They told me that it's gold and that it happens and it would only cost me $50 to get it repaired! Apparently the fact it broke in their cleaner did not mean they would fix it for me for free. I took it to Zales, where it was purchased, and they fixed it for free even though it was broken at another store. The staff at Helzber... read more
