Long time customer here, and the people you have working here now are lacking in customer service skills! I was here yesterday evening to get my rings cleaned, no one acknowledged me (they were busy with others but that’s not the point). There was two people that walked in after me but they got service right away. Yep that makes total sense! SMDH! I have always had great service at this location until this past week. I had a coupon and the sales girl acted like I was not worth the time. Aaparently there were no earrings under $100 and she stared at me blankly and said her insomnia was kicking in...really?!?! I walked out :(

I recently had my diamond rings updated with new heads for the diamonds as they were not looking too good. The staff at Helzburg were simply amazing in seeing me through this process and I am very happy with my rings. I cannot stop looking at them! Thanks so much!
