I will not be going back to this location! my fiancé bought my engagement ring from here and when we went back to this location to get it resized one of the workers name (Kathleen) kept telling us that we needed the ball ring guard for an extra $150 instead of getting it resized, even after we stated we felt more comfortable with a resize due to it being so large. she tried to tell us to come back and “think about it,” once we returned she said “let me guess you want it resized,” with a lot of attitude.
