I sent my wedding ring (set) to be polished & the Helzberg jeweler completely mangled my ring. He tried to fix it once more & only made it worse. I have since been told that it is not able to be fixed. As of now, I have been waiting weeks for Helzberg to propose a resolutiion. For the record, it is a 4ct set that they no longer carry. I feel like I'm being given the runaround.
