Terrible customer service, terrible return time on having jewelry fixed, etc. It’s very clear they don’t appreciate repeat customers. After my experience today, I will be shopping only at Jared in the future. I get better customer service at the Taco Bell drive-through than at Helzberg.
Worst customer service ever and the sales people are very rude and not helpful at all if you are going to purchase an item enter at your own risk they will pretend to be your best friend till they get your money but as soon as you have an issue they could care less. I have bought every piece of jewelry for my wife here for the last 16 years and now we are just S.O.L. will not be purchasing another item from there again
Love love this company and store! No better staff around! Come see us this holiday season!
