Very helpful and Informative staff
Great help and awesome deals. Children have a play room to keep them busy while you shop.
I received 3 stackable rings as a gift December of 2015, and purchased the maintenance policy. One of the rings lost a tiny little stone along the side of the setting. I was so glad I had the maintenance agreement, but when I brought the ring in to the store, I was told that because I hadn't taken the rings in after 6 months, it wasn't valid:( so the estimate to replace the tiny man-made stone was $86, more than the ring itself!
This is the only Helzberg Diamonds location I am willing to go to! The staff here have always taken great care of me and I trust them with all my jewelry services! I highly recommend this location and to ask for Tammy!
My husband has always bought jewelry from Helzberg. Whoever is the person that is repairing the jewelry there sucks! I brought my 14 carat diamond tennis bracelet there recently to be repaired again & have only had it back for about 3 weeks & it broke again & now is gone forever. For two years in a row my 8 and 9 year old children have saved their money to purchase my Christmas gifts from Helzberg, a necklace and pair of earrings both years. The necklace from the first year has been repaired once and the stone on the earring completely feel off, leaving just the post in my ear. The most recent purchase has again ended with a broken(lost) earring and the necklace had to be repaired 4 times in a year and is now lost because it broke yet again.
