RecommendedNot only is the jewelry beautiful, but the staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their care plan is a must. My ring was smashed and unfixed but they were able to replace it the same day! I am thankful for all their help!
My fiancee and I picked out my engagement ring together at Helzberg Diamonds, and David was phenomenal and listened to what I wanted in my non-traditional engagement ring! He listened to what I wanted for my stone (opal) and style, and helped me find the perfect ring in about 5 minutes! My fiancee and I thought that this would take some serious leg work to find the perfect ring, but David is a miracle worker! We will definitely be going back to pick out the wedding bands.
Amazing customer service! They always recognize my fiance and me whenever we go. Their products are amazing and affordable, and the lifetime guarantee is a huge plus!
Do not get repairs from Helzberg's! Every repair I get has came back with more damage. The associates working are not helpful, are dishonest, and are not empathetic but rather defensive and conceited. I will be taking my rings to Buchroeder's for all future repairs.
I had nothing but an awesome experience at Helzberg Diamonds in Columbia. I worked with Sarah Coe and she was nothing but polite, helpful, and very accommodating. I ADORE my new wedding set and everything came out perfectly. I would shop there again before anywhere else, and I can't say enough about the management and customer service. Thank you!!
STORE: COLUMBIA MO MALL shoppers beware!!!!! Sarah Coe the store manager is horrible! Very pushy, rude to my boyfriend and I as well as her co workers and tempermental! We went shopping for a ring and wedding band and she didn't take the time to give us a little history about the color, clarity or cut. She was very pushy and just wanted to make a sale. She should sale cars! She'd fit right in! Im telling everyone I know how poorly helzbergs is being represented and how they should take the time to hire their associates more ... read more
