Beautiful selections Superior customer service
Whatever you do NEVER purchase anything from this place! I bought a wedding band from them and I’ve had it rhodium plated several times in the past 2.5 years. Plus I used my moms diamonds to make a custom ring for my engagement ring (made by another company) to go inside their band…since Helzbergs saudered the rings together I’ve had nothing but issues. Well let’s just say I’ve lost 3 of my moms diamonds where are very sentimental and they replaced the 2 but now are refusing … See more

This used to be my favorite location but the last few times I’ve gone in to get my ring cleaned they’ve been nothing but rude and sarcastic.
