Great Customer Service We bought my wedding band and some earrings at Helzberg. I had to have my ring sized and they told me it would be a couple of weeks. Imagine my surprise when they called just a few days later and my ring was ready! Very reasonable prices too!
Buy all your Jewelery from here! I have gotten bought/gotten quite a bit of jewelry from here over the past few years and I have not had a problem with any of it. They have great everyday prices and wonderful sales. I would recommend that you get their extended warranty plan that covers any problems you might have. Fantastic store My husband and I got our wedding rings here and we both thought the service was wonderful because they were not pushy they took the time to understand what we wanted that was great.
Not your ordinary mall jewelry store I have always been impressed by the professionalism and service of the staff at this jewelry store. They have high qualtiy merchandise and pride themselves on being a little different than regular mall jewelry stores - so don't look for flashy sale signs. They have a neat Diamond Room where you can look at the diamond you are interested in purchasing through a gemscope and see all of the details that make it unique before you actually buy it.
Good Selection of Childrens Jewlery This store has a beautiful selection of jewlery. Everything looks top notch and very appealing. They have a special room you can go back a look at their diamonds in detail. The sales people are great and don't pressure you into anything. Nice Selection They had a nice selection of jewelry. For a person like me who didn't know what to get his girlfriend for her birthday, this is the place to go. The lady that helped me showed me everything that was in my price range and she helped me pick out the perfect neclace for my girlfriend. They could be a litle pushy to get the sale though. Excellent Selection We bought all of our wedding rings here. This store had excellent customer service. We plan to use this store for all of our future jewlery purchases.
In the chain, this one isn't the best The selection is pretty small, even after the remodel. The service is iffy. Skip this mall store and find a local, reputable jeweler to really find quality.
In reply to Duane S. In order for the warranty at Helzberg Diamonds to be honored, the ring should of been brought in every 6 mos. for an inspection and cleaning. You must bring in your inspection card with you to any of the many locations and have the card signed off on. Then, the diamond warranty is honored. Was that the case?
