My fiancé and I ordered my ring the first Saturday in July and I went there today because it's been 8 weeks and they told me they were going to call the jeweler is was still at and let me know. Well then the go and call my fiancé saying that I came in upset that I didn't have my ring ( which was not the case because I was totally calm and not at all upset) it's only been 4 weeks since we ordered it so I had to be patient and that I would have it forever. I wish zero stars was an option. They actually told me they have NO idea where our ring is... won't know until it comes in. Hmmm.... So you have NO idea where something I already paid for is? And cannot track it? And the company doesn't even have a phone you can call? Incompetence is an understatement....
Terrible customer service! Cheap unreliable prongs to hold stones!
