I love this location because the staff is always so friendly helpful and polite. I make an hour drive to this location just because I get such great customer from Holly and Skylar.
Poor customer service. They don’t keep up to date records of cleaning/checking. Went in to get my ring cleaned and got significant attitude because I didn’t have my warranty card with me. I was at the mall and didn’t plan on going there initially. The employee goes on to say that I will need to pay for any missing stones and then can reinstate the warranty/lifetime insurance. My husband bought me some $250 earrings in 2006 from here. I've literally worn them every single day and night. I've had them regularly checked. One of my earrings wasn't hooking on right so in October 2016 I took them in for service. Literally days later I lost one. I am devastated. I called tonight to see if I can bring in the one earring to replace and she said no as insurance for lost. The staff at the Loveland store are beyond amazing! They were able to clean my ring and resize it in a matter of hours for our engagement pictures and the Jewler had come in just for us! My ring and the staff are remarkable and I can't say enough about them!! Thank you for everything!
The people at this store are awesome. My fiancée and I were looking at rings before we got engaged and they were so helpful. They were the last store we visited and we should've just gone there first. They had the perfect ring. I recommend that you get the lifetime care plan. We are doing our engagement photos this week and one of the small diamonds had fallen out. They not only fixed the ring for free but the jeweler came in specifically for us. Thanks again!
