Really! Took my ring of 15 years to have the setting fixed. $160 later all was good. Less than two weeks later the diamonds are missing next to the setting. Another $180 to fix it after they said it was good less two weeks ago. Apparently I must have damage just the center band next to the center settings No metal warranty they say. Seriously!
I was super disappointed today, we went in to pay off the last 150 dollars on my husbands layaway and to purchase a bracelet I have been in love with for about 6 months now only to be ignored for about 25 minutes. We finally got upset and left after people were continuously walking in and being helped right away. One employee was actually doing nothing and proceeded to just stare off into space.
