I shopped today with a coupon for $50 off $50 or more, so I wasn't sure how to find something relatively inexpensive while still respecting the salesperson's time. Let me tell you, I was immediately (and repeatedly) put at my ease. The staff was very friendly and took the time to educate us and our daughters about diamonds. They cleaned my ring for free and gave me some important information, despite that we had not purchased from them. Will strongly consider purchasing from this company in the future.

Go elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Once you buy from them, they do not care about you. The lifetime warranty piece of paper is only a piece of paper.
Love this store they are all great and very helpful have bought plenty from them and will continue too
ALL the workers are extremely nice and helpful. They've made mine and my fiancés experience one to remember!
