Brought my wedding ring in because after having it for 4 months a stone had become loose. I purchased the ring from Helzberg & had the warranty on it also. A week later I went to the store and picked up the ring. I put it on when I arrived home and come to find the original stone was STILL loose and another stone loose also! Thank you Helzberg for taking such great care of my ring!! I smashed my left hand and lost one diamond and shattered another but the folks at Helzberg put my mind at ease and said it is an easy fix and I'll my ring back good as new next week!!!
