I love this place. I'm actually shocked that the only other 2 reviews on here are negative ones. They are honest & fairly priced, I think. They've always repaired all of my pieces in a timely manner & even clean my other jewelry that was not purchased from them.
Come on Helzberg, my wife and I have been loyal customers for many years....we have always included the service warranty for all of our jewelry we have purchased. My wife and I stopped in last night because the back of her diamond earring fell off. And of course my wife just downsized her wallet and forgot to put her warranty cards in it. So instead of looking her name up in the computer and verifying she has the warranty, she charged her $14. My wife just paid it, and walked out. It's the little things that matter.....
