I am so angry with Helzberg Diamonds. You would think with as much money as we have spent there the last couple months, the least they could do is have our rings in like they told us!! We took our rings in over a week ago (as we were told - I would've done a few weeks before so there was more time for errors but was told not to) and his was supposed to be ordered in the correct size and mine was supposed to be soldered to the wedding band, and they call us to come pick them up and tell us that apparently his never got done! ... read more

My fiancé and I went in to look at engagement rings and wedding bands and the staff were amazing. Ashley was by far the friendliest sales person I have ever met. She helped us through the whole process and I ended up leaving with a beautiful ring that I can’t stop staring at.
Amazing staff...and I never felt pressure to buy! I would encourage everyone to go check them out!
Helpful staff - I lost the stone for my wedding ring, and they helped with my warranty paperwork!
