We made a cash purchase and 2 days later when we returned it, we were told that we can't get cash back but instead have to wait 2 weeks for a company check. It was less than $400. Absolutely ridiculous! We will be shopping elsewhere. We were also annoyed at the sales push they do to sell their warranty for jewelry. You even have to pay extra to get a ring in your size. Not impressed at all!

I love this place!!! My fiance bought my engagement and wedding ring from here and I bought his wedding band!
The staff says it all. Their kind, very helpful and professional. I couldn't be happier with my engagement ring and the experience had it not been for the wonderful staff.
