I went there on 12/16 to use a $75 off coupon. I told Hunter I was looking for gem stone items around $100. He wouldn't point out any items. I had to keep having him pull them to look at Price. then at the end I found a display of all $100 items on the counter! I asked why he didn't show me it & got no response. I also was grilled about the coupon. He had to see if I could use it? i had the cc with me with my name on it & am on my husband's acct, but they had to keep asking me that bc coupon had his name. everything.. the quality, large selection of Men's watches as well as other diamond jewelry. I must've spoken with 4 or 5 associates during my purchase and every one of them acted as though I was their only customer. The watch band size with fast and very efficient and the entire experience was wonderful. My Citizen watch is something I will cherish for a long while. Thanks to the entire staff. Our experience at #HelzbergDiamonds was absolutely wonderful. They were so easy to work with and helped us find the perfect ring. They made us both feel at ease and comfortable in the store while shopping. I was so surprised when my fiancé proposed. While on a walk he asked me to spend forever with him. Women we know how hard it is to pick out that one special ring and the Oakview Helzberg was extremely detail oriented and providing multiple avenues to achieve what we were looking for!
