Helzbergs store is great, and I would recommend this store if you’re paying 100% up front. I got a ring from her in February, I financed with them through capital one. I’ve had nothing but problems with the credit card company. First they had my address wrong, then there was a typo when I updated it, then when I called to make a payment it didn’t go through because of the typo not being updated. Absolutely terrible customer service. My now-fiancee and I went in to look at rings before we got engaged. We were met with an incredibly rude sales person who seemed annoyed that I actually wanted to try a ring on. We only looked at two because she made me feel so uncomfortable. Other people seemed to be receiving good service, and I felt like she just wasn't taking us seriously because we look young.
