Ruined my engagement by sending me an email survey asking about my ring with picture and price! Promised to follow up and then ignored us several times! After years of loyalty!!? I returned my new engagement ring, in tears. They scoffed in our faces and truly had no care of how they acted. Thousands$$$ must not matter. I will never shop there and tell all others not to waste their time on a soulless company.

Most all of our jewelry purchases have been from this place. We are always welcomed with a smile and willingness to help us from cleanings, inspections, and even replacements. Diane has been with us from the beginning of our "ring" search. We just really cannot say enough great things.

We bought my wedding ring here and my husband's ring along with other jewelry throughout the years, if you forget your 'card' for your ring when you get it inspected they will degrade you for not bringing it the whole time you stand there, scolding you like a 3 year old. I don't need to be treated like that after we've spent a couple thousand there. I will not go back. And I recommend they find a better system than the piece of paper that is obviously means more than a repeat customer
