When we moved to Fenton from North County, we had no idea who to call for heating/air work. We called Hely, as they were close by. They did some repairs for us. My husband wanted to replace our air conditioner. The tech told him we didn't need it yet (twice). Of course, when the tech said it was time, we had Hely replace it and our furnace. Tim was great! He was respectful and mindful of his behavior in my house. He taught me a lot about preventative maintenance as a new homeowner. The company I bought the house from mixed parts for the AC unit. I have an old coil and a newer HVAC unit, not a brand new one like I was told when I bought the house. I'm taking legal action against the seller. But Hely Heating & Cooling was honest and thorough. They're also making a box for my furnace because it doesn't have a filter to protect it.
