Ive never had a problem. Glasses always are perfect. Dr is patient and respectful. Staff is kind and respectful. They do get really busy, but they work hard to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Ive never had a problem. Staff is very knowledgeable and sweet. I would recommend this dr to everyone. Iv been going to him for over 5 years with no issues.

The Dr is wonderful. Always friendly. The front staff, except the younger woman, are very rude. I’m a PM and I know good customer service reps are hard to find but I also know how important good ones are. They are the first face and voice of your company and you should make sure they make your clients feel welcomed and want to come back.

I've gone to this office for a few years now. Never had any issues till this year. Dr. Helwig is amazing. Its the office staff. I unfortunately didn't find any frames I wanted to get so I asked for a copy of my prescription. The lady helping me was not happy and dragged it out on getting me a copy. I called today to ask about my Pupilary distance number and whomever answered the phone told me if your glasses dont work because its wrong don't come back. Probably wont be going back next year.

Dr Helwig is amazing. He is such an amazing eye doctor. I will say staff is kinda cruddy, they don't answer the phone and can come off rude. Don't ever bother leaving a voicemail because they won't answer it. However, Dr Helwig moves mountains for his patients and is very considerate and patient. I adore him and his ability to be honest. Good guy! just needs him some better employees. (please ignore my name)
