I've gone to this office for a few years now. Never had any issues till this year. Dr. Helwig is amazing. Its the office staff. I unfortunately didn't find any frames I wanted to get so I asked for a copy of my prescription. The lady helping me was not happy and dragged it out on getting me a copy. I called today to ask about my Pupilary distance number and whomever answered the phone told me if your glasses dont work because its wrong don't come back. Probably wont be going back next year.
Dr Helwig is amazing. He is such an amazing eye doctor. I will say staff is kinda cruddy, they don't answer the phone and can come off rude. Don't ever bother leaving a voicemail because they won't answer it. However, Dr Helwig moves mountains for his patients and is very considerate and patient. I adore him and his ability to be honest. Good guy! just needs him some better employees. (please ignore my name)
Great Dr really patient & thorough
The doctor is great and everyone is nice, but yesterday when I called to check on my husband's glasses they were very rude on the phone and said they been back but yet no text telling us or phone call. I wasn't rude when asking so they shouldn't have been rude back
