Ordered brushes thru Amazon from The Graphite Store who in turn drop ships from Helwig. After learning it was going through be 2 weeks before receiving. I the contacted the graphite store and reorder the same product next day air. I received the next day air 4 days later. Managed to get Amazon refunded but I’m still in over $200 for a set of brushes and no one has made right on the S100 NDA that took 4 days to deliver. Product is ok, service is unacceptable.
