Not sure what the hype is. Our burgers were ok. I'd say burgerville is better.

Hey Nathan. Sorry your experience wasn’t a 5-Star experience. We strive to be a familiar burger to people of all taste preferences. While we don’t use things like arugula or brioche buns. We do try and create a familiar burger done well and consistently. That put together with hopefully good service and fun “off-the-beaten-track” ambiance.
