These guys are AWESOME!! Saved us $10,000 by simply cleaning our HVAC unit when two other companies had told us the unit needed to be replaced. Cost us $150 total. Then they came out during the ice storm, replaced our tankless water heater that had cracked and flooded the garage. Got it done in no time. Always professional and personal. And yes, we have the same name too. But no, we are not related and they didn’t ask me to give this review. They are just that good.
Helton’s is by far the BEST HVAC and plumbing company we have ever had the experience of working with. Not once but twice they have come out in emergency situations, once with our HVAC and another with our water heater, when other companies have not fixed the problem and then over charged us. David, his son, and Wendy are not only quick, skilled, and professional but the kindest people to work with. I only wish I could hire them for more things! You can’t go wrong with them!
Heat went out called and left message and sent email. They respond 6 mins after they open. Technician came out identify the problem in about 5 mins. Repair cost was high to the point they had to get a replacement ac/heat unit. Had the unit out in 3 hrs. 4 people including owner came out to assist and got us up and running. As promised they came by that night to check everything out to ensure that nothing was missed. Excellent service!!!!
Helton's provides excellent customer service from start to finish. Wendy, who handles scheduling, responds quickly and is always very friendly and helpful. David came out for service and clearly has decades of experience, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and honest in his work. It’s refreshing to work with a company you can trust. Highly recommend Helton's!
Helton’s was fantastic! Finally found a solid HVAC company! Wendy made it easy to schedule and Tyler helped educate us on our system. It is now running much more efficiently throughout the house! Thank you Helton’s!
