Search no more, this is your new HVAC company! We just moved to Nolensville from Nashville and I’ve been looking for reliable contractors and will not use anyone else after my experience yesterday with Dave. He came out on a Sunday and stayed until all our issues were solved. Reasonable pricing as well! I cannot express how grateful and happy I am with the service that Helton’s provided.
David is a really good guy. Heltons diagnosed and repaired our furnace. Didn’t recommend things we don’t need. Efficient and friendly service.
Tyler and his dad came over to my house to repair a leaking refrigerant line. They were super friendly and very knowledgeable. They worked the through a severe thunderstorm to get my AC back in operation. These two guys are top notch and stayed to do the job right! I have a lot of respect for these guys and the quality job they did. Not to forget Wendy who called me several times to give me updates on when they would arrive at my house. Much appreciated!
Our air conditioning system failed on a steamy Sunday and the folks at Helton's saved us by arranging a rapid Monday visit. Tyler very methodically and expertly did trouble-shooting on our primary unit, zone system logic board, thermostats, etc. and quickly diagnosed and fixed what I anticipated to be a costly repair into a simple service visit. He and Wendy in the office were friendly & helpful and delivered above-and-beyond service at a reasonable cost. Definitely recommend!
