Dr. Helton and her staff are wonderful. The office staff is welcoming, everyone is friendly and professional, and Dr. Helton is thorough, patient, and truly caring. She takes the time to explain things and makes you feel comfortable and confident in your care. Highly recommend!
This is the most unprofessional and rude office that I've ever attempted to use in my 46 years on this planet. One year ago my family and I had eye appointments with Dr Helton. At that time my son's were given glasses I too needed a prescription and was told that I would be contacted to schedule another appointment because I have glaucoma. They got me in just 5 hours after calling to schedule an appointment for eye pain after being unable to sleep all night, and I was finally able to go home and go to sleep. And they accepted my medicaid. Dr. Helton even scheduled me another appointment on the spot to check up on my eye injury in a few days, and gave me a coupon for eye drops. She was very kind and thorough.
