Doctors Helton, Stacy, and Ramos are all great. Helton is also one of the few places in town that offer decompression therapy. My degenerative L5 S1 disc led to a dropped foot in 2012 and the combination of adjustments and decompression helped me to walk without dragging my foot. Someday, I’ll likely need surgery, but Helton is helping me buy time and I’m thankful for them.

I first consulted with Dr. Jason Helton of Helton Chiropractic because of intense pain that start in by glute and traveled down the outside of my entire leg to my ankle. The pain was exacerbated if I had to sit for any length of time. As time went on, the pain would wake me if I slept on my right side. I tried, without success, to manage it on my own with stretching exercises. I just called Helton chiropractic about a pillow. I bought years ago from them and the front desk lady who helped me was absolutely outstanding and went out of her way to find the name of the pillow and explain why they don’t have it anymore, but told me she looked it up on the website and I might go through that to get the pillow that I was looking for! This is outstanding customer service in every way! Thank you, Helton chiropractic! 🤗
