My garage door was making a weird noise and I was nervous it would break and damage my vehicle. I sent them a message over the weekend and they got back to me so fast. I set up an appointment and it was so easy. They called twice that day saying when they were heading out and when they were close and when at my house. That was so wonderful to be communicated with so efficiently. The service person did the adjustments to fix everything and explained it to me and charges felt very fair. I recommend them very highly.
They are wonderful people to work with. They work hard and get you the results you need for your garage.

Outstanding service! We had an emergency with our garage door on a Friday night, and the technician arrived quickly to help. Our door was off the track and we had resorted to using a ladder ro hold it up. Thankfully, the tech worked efficiently and had it back in working order in no time. The answering service was also excellent-responsive and professional, connecting us with a technician within minutes. Highly recommend this company for their prompt, reliable and expert service!
We have used Helson’s twice this year and have been very pleased with their prompt service and excellent service people. We did not have to wait long and the repairs were made quickly and very professionally. They definitely deserve 5 stars.
