Helping Minds Heal requires patients to provide credit card information prior to receiving services. Instead of using that file responsibly, they used it to bypass their own administrative responsibilities. They submitted two separate claims for my care that were denied by my insurance company solely due to missing and incorrect information provided by their own staff.
